Robert Watts Estate Agents was established by Bob Watts in 1979 and he is still involved on a consultancy basis although the professionally qualified firm is now run by his three children James, John and Kate, ably assisted by our vastly experienced and loyal staff members.

The firm includes not only the estate agency sales division but also an expanding rentals department with over 750 managed houses, an expanding auction service, an "in-house" conveyancing arm, a fully qualified chartered surveying division as well as offering financial planning, mortgages and EPCs.

The firm currently employs over 40 staff spread over 6 offices and has over 450 years experience in the industry. Our continued success is testament to that experience and our enviable reputation is of paramount importance. We are extremely proud to be an official partner of Bradford City Football Club and are currently one of the sponsors of The Kop.

Meet the Team
Robert Watts Chairman Established the firm in 1980 after 10 years as a partner in another estate agency. Former president of Bradford & District Association of Estate Agents & Auctioneers, charismatic pioneer and all round company figure head.
James Watts MRICS - Sales/Surveying Managing Director Graduated university in 1994 and established Robert Watts Lettings before leaving the firm to become qualified as a chartered surveyor. Worked 5 years in Leeds as a commercial surveyor before returning to the business in 2002 to establish the surveying arm and expand the sales division. Happily married with 2 young children.
John Watts MNAEA - Sales Managing Director Been in the industry for almost 20 years and member of NAEA and fellow Director of the family businesses. Executive committee member of the Bradford & District Estate Agents Association, having been President in 2005. Happily married with 3 young children, keen golfer and loyal season ticket holder of Bradford City.
Kate Watts - Lettings Managing Director I joined the family business in 1995 and worked on the estate agency side until 1998 when I took over the Letting and Management Department. Since then the division has gone from strength to strength and with excellent colleagues around me we are currently letting over 750 properties. I am happily married to Paul and am a proud mum of Nathan.
Stuart McGregor - Sales Highfield Branch Manager Over 40 year’s experience in residential property sales and 29 years within Robert Watts – need I say more. Currently running the flagship Highfield Road office which was established in 1985.
James Hart MNAEA - Sales Wibsey Branch Manager As sad as it may be, I joined the Estate Agency industry straight from leaving school in 1989. Twenty some years later I am still here! As a professionally qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents I have a deep routed passion for the industry and I love my job – every day is different and never boring!
Bobby Higgins - Lettings Wibsey Lettings Manager I have been with the company since 2004 and have worked my way up to become the office manager of our very successful Wibsey Lettings office. Achieving various qualifications in the industry and regularly attending training courses and seminars means that me, and my team are always up to date with the market and new legislation.
Joanne Hill MNAEA - Lettings Cleckheaton Lettings Manager Joined the company in June 2007 and worked in the Wibsey Sales office where I completed my Studies to gained a 'Technical Award' in residential Sales and joined the National Association of Estate Agents. In 2008 I joined the Property Management team in Cleckheaton, I am now Branch Manager and I am Studying for the 'Technical Award' in residential Lettings & Property Management.
Alec Ellis - Lettings Manager Highfield Road Lettings I have over 4 years experience in residential lettings for a corporate company and I am ARLA qualified. My hobby is motorcycles and I spend the majority of my time out on my bike. I am a proud father to my little girl Leila.
Vic Southerington MRICS - Surveying/EPC’s A chartered surveyor for 40 years, I am also an RICS Registered Valuer and an Accredited Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessor.
