Robert Watts Estate Agents was established in 1980 and since that time we have gone from strength to strength and now offer a “one stop property shop” in the home moving process across Bradford and Kirklees.

The professionally qualified firm was set up by Bob Watts who is still involved on a consultancy basis and is now run by his three children James, John and Kate, ably assisted by our vastly experienced staff members.  The firm includes not only a booming sale division but also a rentals department, an “in-house” conveyancing arm, a fully qualified chartered surveying division as well as offering financial planning, mortgages and EPCs. The firm currently employs over 40 staff spread over 6 offices.

Bob and both sons, James and John, are past presidents of the Bradford & District Auctioneers & Estate Agents Association which is a unique achievement the firm is keen to promote. Kate, director of the expanding lettings division, has also joined as one of the few female committee members of the Association.

Kate is justifiably proud of the successful lettings side and says "So many agents have established a rentals section to counter the tough selling market but we now manage over 750 houses and have a dedicated trained team of staff which is so important in providing the right service for our customers."
