Let Watts provide your new HIP

Robert Watts Estate Agents are delighted to announce that they have launched their new company, Hipsflow, which has been designed to provide a hassle free approach to HIPs for all their customers.

Most people are now aware that Home Information Packs are the new government legislation that affect buyers and sellers of houses which will apply to all types from 14 December 2007. HIPs are essentially a set of documents providing important information about the property, but specifically it includes three mandatory items;

• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which tells how energy efficient the property is
• Evidence of title
• Searches

has been set up exclusively for the benefit of the customers of Robert Watts Estate Agents and is designed to simplify and speed up the whole process as only one company will be dealing with the sale from initial marketing, to the production of the HIP, to final legal completion. We are in a unique position to provide this service via our in-house conveyancing service, Watts Cadmans, and Lindsey Hodges who will be running the legal side of Hipsflow has many years conveyancing experience working for the firm.

Vic Southerington, our qualified chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience, has also recently become a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor which will allow him to undertake EPCs for the company and he is keen to develop this new facet of the business further. He says;
