LIST OF CHARGES TO TENANTS
£100 Set up fee per applicant (£83.34 plus £16.66 VAT)
£100 Guarantor set up fee per applicant (£83.34 plus £16.66 VAT).
£10 Per day that rent is not paid passed the due date per property.
£25 If a tenant fails to cancel a standing order after they have vacated and we need to refund them per property.
£25 For each letter sent to tenants concerning breaches of the tenancy agreement per property.
£25 For bounced cheques/bounced standing order payments per property.
£50 For call out if a tenant is locked out of a property plus replacement costs of locks and locksmiths time if locks need to replaced per property.
£10 For a copy of a lease or inventory (if the tenant have already had a copy and require another one) per property.
£5 For a rental statement per property.
Broken/Missing items and Cleaning and Removal of Rubbish – Replacement cost of items and cost of works plus agents time at £25 per hour per property.
Pay for replacement locks and cutting of new keys if the keys are not returned to us at the end of the tenancy per property.
If a tenant vacates before the end of the tenancy agreement, they are responsible for rent payable until the end of the tenancy or until a new tenant is found whichever is the earliest. They will also pay the Landlords costs for re-letting the property including referencing : £225 per property.
If a tenant is in breach of the terms of the lease and court action is required the tenant may be liable for all legal fees, court costs and other costs incurred by the Landlord.
Any damages/repairs that tenants cause to a property will be deducted from the bond.
