Watts The Wright Move in Cleckheaton

Robert Watts Estate Agents is delighted to announce that it has taken over the well respected Wrights Property Managers in Cleckheaton.

Robert Watts Property Management already have an established rentals presence in Bradford and are keen to develop closer ties with the Cleckheaton and Kirklees areas in conjuction with their sales office Watts Cadmans, and thought the acquisition of Wrights was a fantastic opportunity.  The new venture will be run by Robert Watts director, Kate Fisher who is the daughter of Robert Watts and has over 10 years property management experience.

Wrights Property Managers was a well known and respected company within the area which was originally established in 1852, and was an ideal platform to launch the new  Robert Watts rentals division.   Both firms have a similar set up and enjoy a good reputation and the new venture, in combination with their Bradford office, will give unrivalled local coverage for all landlords in Bradford and Kirklees.

Kate Fisher, who is returning to work after maternity leave, is keen to develop the business further and feels the experience of the two firms will be a key element of their success.  Kate comments;

“This a new challenge but I am both determined and excited by the opportunity.  I have helped establish the property management side of the business in Bradford and believe we can expand this new venture in a similar vein.  I genuinely feel that Robert Watts can become the major player in property rentals within Kirklees, building on Wrights’ past success.”
