We use high quality property brochures which are professionally produced out-of-house using digital photographs and these are mailed to potential purchasers on our comprehensive database.  Our in-house IT system links all 5 offices and our advertising in the local media and on rightmove.co.uk gives unrivalled coverage to vendors.

We offer an accompanied viewing service and mortgage advice is available in all our offices.  The in-house conveyancing division works closely with each sales office which makes the whole selling and buying process easier to negotiate.

We have also established a new company dealing primarily with Home Information Packs (HIPs) called Hipsflow. A HIP is the new government legislation affecting all 3 bedroom or larger houses and these must be ordered before a house is put on the market.
