Watts Cadmans Property Transfer Service (PTS) is unique to Robert Watts' customers and aims to speed up the home moving process.

This joint venture with Cadmans Solicitors, one of the most respected and long established solicitors in the area, has created an all-inclusive, in-house conveyancing service for all vendors and purchasers.

We can also offer a comprehensive new Home Information Pack (HIP’s) service which was due to be a legal requirement when moving on or after 1 June 2007. After a last minute change of plan by the government, the date for implementation has been changed to 1 August 2007 on four bedroom homes only but regardless of the changes made, we can still be able to provide a simple no hassle Home Information Pack to prepare your property for sale.
