COVID-19 - Advice for Buyers & Sellers - 25/03/20

During this very troubling time, we are constantly keeping up to date with the changing legislation surrounding the Covid-19 outbreak and its implications for ongoing sales, our vendors and purchasers and the well being of our staff.

As all of you will now be aware, all non essential shops and businesses and have had to close their doors.  We can confirm all our offices are working remotely and you can still contact us on the normal office numbers and by email and we will endeavour to deal with all queries as fast as possible with the information at hand.

Like everyone else, we do not know how long this situation will last and you will no doubt appreciate there is only so much we can accomplish at the moment.  All houses are still being advertised online and we are taking enquiries, but all home viewings are now postponed meaning any potential new sales will have be put on hold for the time being.

Similarly, we are unable to visit you to carry out Market Appraisals, but we will be happy to carry out virtual valuations if we can connect via Whatsapp, Skype or Zoom.  If this is of interest to you, please contact us via email or via our website 24/7 with your details.

In relation to our on going sales, you will appreciate we work closely in connection with other vital services such as solicitors, banks, surveyors, removal companies and we will be speaking to them all to take advice as to what we can done in the next three weeks.  As soon as we have any further information on if, or when, sales can be completed we will let you know, particularly those looking to exchange and complete very soon.

We are all working hard to keep matters progressing and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this very difficult time. We will keep in contact with you with any further updates and look forward to working normally again very soon.

In the meantime we thank you for your support and please all stay safe.  And remember this won’t last forever.
