2025 has been a busy year for us here at Robert Watts Estate Agents, with over 340 completed transactions across our sales and lettings branches so far, helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with their property goals.

Outside of helping people move, we have also continued our commitment to supporting the local community and have been busy with plenty of sponsorships and events across the region.

Here are just a few of our highlights so far from the first half of 2025.

Low Moor Spartans

During April, we were pleased to be able to offer support to two local football teams by sponsoring their training kits. Low Moor Spartans & Warriors, both under-sevens teams, were looking for local businesses to help them with kits for the players to wear at a tournament held in Filey. Both teams walked away with a trophy, with Spartans winning their final 2-1 on penalties, and Warriors winning their final 2-1. We were delighted to see the teams bring home two pieces of silverware and lots of happy boys.

Eliza’s Picnic

This month, we were proud to continue our support of Eliza’s Picnic an annual event which takes place in West End Park in Cleckheaton to raise money for local charities and good causes. This year’s picnic raised a grand total of £2,340 to be split between Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, Platform One Children’s Mental Health and Liversedge Toy Run. It was fantastic to be involved in this wonderful event again this year, which is always a brilliant day for all the family.

Bradford Society of Architects & Surveyors Golf Day

In June, James Watts took part in the Bradford Society of Architects and Surveyors’ annual golf day. Hosted at the Bradford Golf Club, the event is a fantastic event which gives us the opportunity to connect and network with other members of the society and compete for the F.W. Moore Trophy. Although James didn’t bring home the trophy this year, it was a brilliant day, and we are already looking forward to next year.

Best Estate Agent Guide

Last week, we received the news that we have once again achieved a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide. For 2026, our sales team have been given a Gold award, showcasing our place as one of the top estate agents in the UK.

The team will receive their award for the guide later this year at EA Masters.

We can’t wait to see what else is to come during the second half of 2025, and as always, our branches will be here to help the local community achieve their property goals.
