You’ll have expert support throughout, with standard panel solicitors handling the legal side. It’s a familiar process, usually taking around 15 weeks (105 days) from start to finish, but we’ll keep things moving and guide you every step of the way.

Swift Move 

Want to speed things up? Swift Move does just that by getting legal work started up front. Our in-house solicitors jump straight in, ordering searches early to shave off up to five weeks, bringing the average sale time down to around 80 days. This is a great option for properties without a chain or lower-value homes, making the process quicker and more secure.

Our Swift Move Legal Packs provide more transparency for purchasers on key legal information before they commit to the significant costs of moving. This offers a significant advantage to the purchaser and reduces the risk of them incurring unnecessary expenses and having to withdraw further down the line, meaning that sales are less likely to fall through.  Over the past 11 months, our average sale transaction time using Swift Move has been 80 days, as opposed to 105 days for Sales Ready transactions.

Modern Auctions

Our innovative online property auction service enables you to buy or sell your property from the comfort of your home with access to the site 24 hours, seven days a week.
