Lettings negotiator
Our busy lettings department needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Letting Negotiator. We operate a 900-unit property management department in and around Bradford and Kirklees. As a Letting Negotiator, you will become the public face of our company and the key liaison between potential tenants and our current Landlords. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has preferably had previous lettings experience although not essential as we offer full training and who can offer a competent service to our tenants and Landlords. This position is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and some Saturdays to cover holidays. Salary and details of package to be discussed on interview. Property inventory clerk/assisted viewer
Our busy lettings department needs to fill an immediate opening for the position of Property Inventory Clerk/Assisted Viewer. We operate a 900-unit property management department in and around Bradford and Kirklees. As a property inventory clerk/assisted viewer, you will become the public face of our company and the key liaison between potential tenants and our current Landlords. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has preferably had previous lettings experience although not essential as we offer full training and who can offer a competent service to our tenants and Landlords. You will need to have your own car and a full clean driving license. This position is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and some Saturdays to cover holidays.
