• There is only one entry per property.

• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must be a reside in one of the following postcodes: BD2, BD10, BD18.

• The competition is not open to employees associated with Robert Watts Estate Agents, and their associated companies or their immediate families.

• Prizes may not be transferred to any other person and there are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available.

• The competition winner selected must respond within two days of confirmation to claim the prize.

• Robert Watts Estate Agent’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Your sole agency agreement must be signed by 30 June 2021 (competition end date). The competition is limited to the first 50 instructions.

• Competition start date is 26 April 2021.
