Robert Watts have just won The British Property Award for Bradford (South). We are incredibly proud of the team, and how the exceptional service they provide has helped us win this award.

We are proud to announce that 2019 is John Watts’ 25 year anniversary working at Robert Watts. Whilst some may say he was born into the job, he actually left school and started working in the in February 1994 and he hasn’t looked back since…..well not often.

Whilst no one can seriously suggest that the ongoing Brexit debacle is a positive thing, at Robert Watts we are cautiously optimistic about the health of the local property market. We echo what the national agents have reported in late 2018 including Savills who believe that the north will fare better than the south in 2019 and beyond and is sticking by its prediction that Yorkshire could see the second highest house price growth in Britain over the next five years.

Robert Watts had a great team day out last Saturday when we all went to the Races.
