Over recent months we have introduced our brand-new Sales Ready Service, designed to reduce the transaction period from when a sale is agreed, to completion.
During March our Sales Ready service yielded a fantastic result for one of our sellers. The sale of the property was completed just 28 days after the sale was agreed upon with the buyer. In the current market, 28 days is an incredible result for everyone involved, with the average time nationally currently sitting at four to five months.
